Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist
Lauren’s journey into Sports Massage Therapy started with an injury to her knee, which required keyhole surgery, followed by extensive rehabilitation which involved massage therapy as a critical part of the programme. So, she clearly has enough personal experience of the benefits of massage and remembers being amazed at the results without the need for drugs or injections.
Following this experience, Lauren went on to Study Equine and Human Sports Science before going on to study Sports Massage Therapy, after which she has worked in other clinical environments on a variety of different people and problems. Perhaps as importantly, she is great fun to be around and always approaches her work with a light-hearted and caring attitude.
